We had been looking forward to this site for a while. This campground also lets you select your site. There are only two that put you this close to the lake. However, after walking around this place, I think any site that overlooks the lake still has a beautiful view. It’s a big lake!
This time the chairs are placed perpendicularly to the RV because it makes more sense! We had sunshine for our entire stay! Guess where we stayed for our three nights for Road Trip 2017 (after torrential rains in South Dakota a few days prior), arriving on August 22, 2017, and departing August 25.
We came back in 2018 and explored the area more. I’ll get this post updated soon!
