Coachland RV Park

The smell of pines is strong here!

This is the busiest park we’ve been in for a long while, especially mid-week and the most kids we’ve seen since Labor Day. We arrived here on September 27, 2017, and are staying two nights.

We hate the pull-through configuration here (but we did meet a nice couple because of it… so sometimes it works out!). If it weren’t for that, I’d consider a week here. We’re close to lots of things to see, but I’m inclined to search for another park on a future trip. Furthermore, if this is post-Labor Day action, I really don’t want to be here in the summer.

Our chairs and awning are out for the first time in a while. We’re staying more than one night, the weather is cool but moderate. Surrounded by trees, yay!

In fact, sitting in my chair (ignoring the neighboring RVs), this is my view! Did I mention the smell of pines?

We did take a trip into Truckee and enjoyed lunch and shopping at some boutique stores. Very lovely time of year to be here!
